charmed by this beach getaway!
tropical paradise outdoor sofa relaxing staff
The villa garden view was a true tropical paradise. the outdoor sofa added a wonderful touch. the staff was so helpful. food and beverages were amazing!!!

spacious room attentive staff delicious breakfast limited seating few facilities isolated location
I stayed in the pool access suite. The room was large and airy with enough space. Breakfast was delicious and included many options both buffet and a la carte. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
The hotel lacked evening atmosphere the singular bar had limited seating. There were few facilities for children above 5 years. The location is quite isolated so travel is needed.

clean room air conditioning staff care
The room was very clean! The staff turned on the air conditioning. Staff also brought water plus compliments. I found this very thoughtful.
The music by one of the pools was too loud for me at breakfast.

breakfast quality pool maintenance
the breakfast was not great. the buffet offered limited options, and the quality was mediocre. also, the service was inconsistent, with orders frequently mixed up despite repeating them. another issue was the pool area, i noticed some missing tiles and a strange red and orange dust in the water. it reminded me of the pool was not properly maintained, it was a letdown.
